ABOUT US

Music & Film Producer Society Nepal (MFPSN) established under the copyright act of Nepal 2059’s article 39 in 2015, is a non-profit, representative organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for the rights of audio music and film audio producers across Nepal. Established to unify the voice of the country’s creative and production communities, MFPSN currently represents over 300 registered music labels and 200 independent audio producers. Our collective catalog spans more than 1.5 million audio tracks, making us one of the largest music and audio rights organizations in the region. MFPSN works to promote transparency, protect intellectual property rights, and ensure fair royalty distribution through national and international partnerships. We are committed to strengthening the digital and economic landscape of Nepal’s music and film industry by providing essential services such as licensing, copyright education, digital distribution support, and now, seeking authorization to manage ISRC code assignment as a national agency.
